I live in USA and cannot call your station. What can I do? Please help.

Since I live in USA, I had not subscribed this program even though I like it very much because this is exactly what I had worried it would happen. If I cannot download the episodes, there is no way I can call directly the station to fix the problem. I have struggled a long time until last week I decided to subscribe to give it a try. I am now very frustrated not to be able to download a program I have paid for and I cannot do anything. I have emailed my problem to the info@d100.com for help but there is no reply.
