Do we have a time limit for listening to this after we paid? I paid in July 15, 2016 (Transaction ID: 2XY7124394955111T) but now I can’t assess to this. Can you follow up and let me know? Thanks.

  No time limit for Net Program. I have double checked your account should be able to listen 聽我解色(第5季).
  
  Announcement on Season 5 Net program mentioned , Archives will be uploaded to (RED) D100 Apps & bc.d100.net, Please back up the downloaded mp3 files before 2016-12-31.
  
  For test reason, we already upload season 5, we can make special arrangement if you paid for it before. Please e-mail to us.
  
  If your account is showing a due date, which is for live channels subscription (PBS, HK Station, iChannel).
  We still have some technical problems to be solved while the system migration undergoing. Please e-mail to us to help you.

i was told i could download but can only listen to archives, still cannot download
