已重新再三檢查下載沒有任何問題，建議你如用apps收看，重新登入，或檢查自己的網絡設定。如用網頁版收看，可以嘗試其他瀏覽器或檢查自己的網絡設定，謝謝。
再唔得的話, 你可以聯絡客戶服務部查詢。

The download link still gives me a 0kb mp3 file, Tried chrome and internet explorer but it’s fine. No need to worry about it anymore.
